I design workshops that make teams think, align, and actually ship.

I started as a journalist in Moldova, covering human rights and politics for the BBC Russian Service. That taught me something no facilitation book ever could: how to ask the right question at the right time, and how to listen for what people aren't saying.

From there, I moved into international development — designing capacity-building programs at TechSoup Europe and the OSCE, running civic tech projects across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and organizing events for 600+ young media makers with the European Youth Press.

Then I discovered Design Sprints, trained at AJ&Smart, and everything clicked. I founded SprintUX to bring structured facilitation to startups and nonprofits. Today, I'm a Senior Design Thinker at MSD, where I design and run workshops across R&D, commercial teams, packaging, and AI training — from Prague to global.

Along the way, I've facilitated 100+ workshops, worked in 7 languages, and learned that the best facilitator isn't the loudest person in the room — it's the one who makes everyone else louder.
